As founder and owner of Kelley Scott Consulting, LLC, I work with clients to create strategic partnerships to support human resources needs. My goal is to support small business and nonprofit clients by creating, improving, and sustaining processes in all aspects of Talent Management.
With over 25 years of corporate HR experience, I know Human Resources is often engaged last when issues or concerns arise in the workplace. I can help your business or organization navigate all phases of the employee life cycle by implementing tools to meet business and talent-related outcomes.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University. My professional HR experience includes work in the education, healthcare, commercial real estate, and service industries. I hold certifications in DISC, Achieve Global, and Frontline Leadership.
